Experiments
We understand the limitations of knowledge devoid of experience, hence along with our syllabus are numerous experiments that the children can make in class with their peers or recreate at home.
1. Lung Breathing Experiment
Children learn how lungs work, how they expand and contract, and more importantly, how their lungs are affected when they smoke. Child smoking is very common in Indonesia, a result of a mixture of misinformation and poor awareness.
2. Water Filter Experiment
Children learn how a simple water filter could be made with materials easily found in their homes and surroundings. They learn about different levels of filters and their impacts.
3. Brushing Teeth Experiment
Children learn about the mouth and use a full-size model of teeth to identify parts of the mouth where food can easily get trapped.
4. Life Cycle Experiment
Children learn about different animals and the stages of their life cycle a puzzle matching game.
